I hereby release and hold harmless Kind Karma Inc.. staff and/or premises with respect to any and all injury, disability, death, or loss to person or property. I am aware and fully understand that there are risks and dangers associated in yoga classes and other yoga activities/camps. I understand that these risks and dangers may be caused by negligence of the participant or the negligence of others. These may be risks not known to us and are not foreseeable at this time. I accept and assume such risks and responsibilities for the lessees and/or damages following such injury and/or disability however caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of Kind Karma Inc., its instructors, participants, spectators, or any other staff on the premises used to conduct the event or activity. Important Note: Each student must be covered by their family’s insurance policy. If an injury occurs, it is understood that the student’s own policy is your only source of coverage/reimbursement.


Kind Karma Inc. cannot dispense medication. Students can deny participation in any activity.

It is the responsibility of the student/parent to notify Kind Karma Inc. of any illness, vacation, change in schedule or any other factors interfering with the established and hereby agreed upon policies. This consent and assumption of risk statement covers each and every event or activity sponsored by Kind Karma Inc.

Kind Karma Inc. does not provide additional supervision of students outside of class time(s). 

There will be an annual registration fee of $30 per student. This fee is due upon enrollment and will subsequently be due every year. Kind Karma Inc. will run an automatic debit system for tuition payment on the same date of enrollment each month. There are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES.

If your monthly payment is declined, returned or not received by agreed upon due date, an additional fee of $15.00 will be charged. Returned checks will result in an additional fee of $25.00. 


Tuition will be the same each month regardless of how many weeks are within the month.

Requests to cancel a class must be received by Kind Karma Inc. staff in writing or by email TWO WEEKS prior to the next auto debit. Failure to submit cancellation request(s) within this time frame will result in a charge of full tuition. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellation request(s) may be emailed to info@kindkarma.com.

Make Ups never expire as long as you are enrolled in a class/your membership is valid.

I understand that participants may be photographed or videotaped during any class, performance, competition or any other event. I give Kind Karma Inc. permission to use such photos or videos for promotional purposes (including but not limited to Social Media sites, Kind Karma Inc. websites, advertising, etc).

Kind Karma Family Yoga is built on trust, respect and discipline by providing a physically and emotionally safe and secure environment for students, families and staff. To protect the rights of students, any acts of bullying will not be tolerated.
